Blissful joy may come close to the emotion he evokes from everyone he meets, strangers have taken hundreds of pictures of him to keep him forever in their hearts and bring them a smile when they most need it. Our Royal Frenchel ‘Rex’ rocks our world and everyone he meets. Rex has been breaking hearts and charming the socks off everyone for all 4 years. Lucky and blessed are we who are graced with his loving presence every moment of each day.
