ROYAL FRENCHEL PURCHASING POLICY
GENERAL PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment is made either through Pay Pal for deposits and cash or money order. Invitations are created for you to make your deposit. You can arrange to make a deposit on a puppy or purchase a puppy by calling and arranging it as you wish. It is important that we get to know our customers to sense the “right fit” with our puppies all together --- you, us and the puppy! Remember we do not take credit cards or the like except through Pay Pal and you will be charged the Pay Pal fee for the transaction on your contract (At present that fee is 2.%). ________________________ STARTING YOUR PURCHASE WITH A DEPOSIT All deposits are non-refundable. You may reserve a puppy while making a decision with a deposit only. Once you have chosen a puppy, and made a deposit, your puppy is yours and we won’t sell it to anyone else. ________________________ RESERVING A PUPPY OF CHOICE Reserving a puppy can also hold a puppy and insure it is not sold to another. You do this by calling or emailing us and requesting the reservation with a non-refundable deposit. You will have 3 days to decide on that puppy or transfer it to another puppy. Though a call is good as well, this process must be done in writing to insure we have no miscommunications. Email is fine. Once the 3 days is past, the pup you reserved will be yours. ________________________ TIME PAYMENTS FOR YOUR FUTURE PUPPY You may gather funds on account with us and apply it toward a puppy whenever you decide you are ready and there is no charge for this. We have had people do this who found it easier to make payments for a few months or even a year in one case. So you make payments until you are ready to complete the purchase and then choose a puppy from a litter available at that time. This is a great way to purchase a puppy as well. Just be certain you intend to get your puppy as with all purchases, if the puppy is chosen yet or not, they are non-refundable.
