“Phoebe”

Phoebe is amazing! She is charismatic, elegant, playful, sweet, and very sociable with dogs and humans alike.  She is like a very gracious host of a party who is super caring for her guests while having a wonderful time.  Phoebe is also very much the executive leader type of dog as well, because she is a bottom line, take charge gal.  And if all that wasn't enough...she is also a reliable snuggle and cozy partner with all the sweetness in the world to boot!
